Are women who have obvious plastic surgery aware that it does not look good?

The reason i am picking on only women is because they are the majority of people who get plastic surgery. When you see a person's eyes smiling and their mouth and cheeks are not moving, it is not a good look. Why can't people just accept the aging process gracefully. You can look good on the outside if you are beautiful on the inside, and if you look after your health. Plastic surgery is not natural and it does not look good.

Some cases are really bad and look quite 'wrong' so to speak....I suppose it makes the individual feel good about themselves...I would not want to break their heart by saying something, I will just try and look away and try not to vomit....lol.
