Hey, you're a pinoy, right? That means you're really fond of eating. :] Anyway, pinoys really love eating. Like me (a pinay), I also love to eat. But sometimes, I'm eating based on my mood. And I oh so can't help myself about it too.

geesh, i guess you are right about that. even now i am binging stick wafer. as i can see in your picture .you are very lucky that though you like eating you are not fat. you are blessed with a faast metabolism not faaaaat...enjoy food!

I know that feeling! I'm going through a binge at the moment! I know what I should eat but it is so hot and the AC in the kitchen broke and trying to cook for 4 kids, hubby and myself makes me miserable, so I buy trash and snack all day, then at night I feel sick!! Keep on trying. I am trying to switch to snacking on fruits, even though I just ate cookies! Take care
