Just over the last month my condition has spiralled out of control again and I am seeing and hearing things. I also feel very depressed. The thing is the quietipine I take gives me constant night mares every night. I don't want to take them and have reduced myself down to 100ml every time I see the doctor or psychiatrist I tell them about my nightmares, but they are never interested. Does anyone know a good solution to nightmares or anyone experienced anything similar? I hope that you will not think I am a crazy person because I hate having mental health problems and know I am different to other people who don't have mental health problems.
