do you eat vegestables?

me yah i love it,you know i am living on mountainous place...so if theres no time to buy meat, or fish or any food at the market we used to cook vegetables... it really helps me...i mean i become healthy just because of it...

usually i eat vegetables for supper,and for lunch,i would choose to eat some meat to keep full.

I really liked steamed vegetables myself, but are you telling me you are not eating any meat at all? Do you eat soya instead, are you a vegetarian perhaps? Because I tought just eating vegetables is not good either, you need other kinds of vitamines that are not in vegetables
