Four days before the sixth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, a new video of Osama Bin Laden has emerged. In it he tells Americans they should convert to Islam if they want the war in Iraq to end. He also urges al Qaida to escalate its war effort. US officials believe the tape is genuine and that it appears to have been made in the last few months. What does the release of the video mean?
