Sometimes I see a post that I want to respond to but I don't because they have so many responses and what I have to say most likely wont be looked at anyway. Do you sometimes feel like this?

It really doesn't matter how many there have been. I will give my opinion if it is something that I am interested in.

I often think about that and if the person who started the post doesn't look like they respond to each response, sometimes I will just leave and move to the next, but if I still feel like leaving my input anyway I will... It depends... But the point I think here is that we are looking for qaulity responses and if they are truely read and apreciated it is worth it. People shouldn't start a discussion if they are not interested in people's comments.... I do however find that if I respond to a discussion with many responses I find it harder to find the response I left, when checking if they responded to my comment...

Yeah, that happens to me a lot but if I want to say something, I'd go ahead and do so even though, I know that another person might have said it too already.

I sometimes do the same thing. I figure their not going to see it anyway so why bother. Sometimes if I'm not at my quota for payout and only need a little more I will respond anyway.

I think for me it depends in which way the discussion is going and if it holds my interest. I do not mind responding to a loaded post as I sometimes have the habbit of reading the first couple of pages then skip to the last couple. So in theory if I do this then other may too, so your post will somewhere be read.

Actually I act like this all the time. I got used to go to the "new" discussions, and I read the top ones only if they interest me.
