Nicotine is a powerful addiction. If you have tried to quit smoking, you know how hard it can be. I haven't tried to smoke nor got influenced from my peers, officemates and relatives as well. Like my late beloved Father, I do know that one of the causes of his suffering before was due to incessant craving on smoking, He was a chained smoker. I am doing this kind of article because I was obliged to do the research about Smoking. And I want to share this learning. Also to encourage some people who had this addiction to gradually quit cigarette smoking. As I've said smoking is hard to quit because nicotine is very addictive drug. For some people it can be addictive as heroine or coccaine. So to help some smokers why do we need to do the quitting, here are the importance and substantial reasons: 1. You will live longer and definitely live better. 2. Will lower the chances of having heart attack, lung CA and stroke. 3. If you are pregnant, quitting smoking will improve your chances of having a healthy baby. 4. Also the people you live with, especially your children will be healthier as they're growing. 5. You will have extra money to spend on things other than cigarettes. Now, These are some of the good points on quitting smoking. Just remember them here are they... 1. Get ready. 2. Get support 3. Learn new skills and behavior. 4. Get medication and use it correctly. 5. Be prepared of relapse or difficult situations. *Quitting takes alot of hard work, but you can quit smoking.

In quitting smoking there's a basic and a keyword "get ready to stay quit". Your partner must be ready to face the challenge, in order to win it He must be obstinate. If he'll be ready then, medical consultation from a professional Doctor is required. I have known one of a kind medicine called CHANTIX(Varenicline), it is a prescription medicine to stop smoking. And it gradually helps the smoker in facing the withdrawal symptoms that possibly occurs. And also the most favorable inclusive on treatment is YOU , should show unconditional support on him.

I can't tell you how many times I have tried to quit in my lifetime. I've tried the patches, gum and even the wellbutrin they all talk about. Nothing worked. I do know all the things that can happen to me but I have to deal with it.
