When Im feeling down and sad I go shopping!LOL And I dont spend alot of money either. Its just getting out and looking at things that makes me feel better. And If I see something that makes me happy I will buy it.LOL So happy shopping!

i will think about my beloved g/f and then think about the achievements i have to make. how much i have done and how much i have left..... and thats all the next moment i am kicking myself for even caring for getting upset when there is that much to do.

I've been down more times that the fingers and toes on me.. I've been going threw a very rough time for over a year and the only thing I really found to lift myself up was singing out loud didn't matter where, rather it was outside, inside, in the shower.. As long as I was singing.. Of course they have to be happy songs not the depressing ones.. A good cry also has helped me alot.. But thinking about happy things can also bring you back up as well.. I hope this helps!

I'm bad, if I can't go find someone to bug into cheering me up, I eat. Trust me, I do more eating than bugging & it shows!

Most of the time, I would have some dark chocolate and indulge myself in some funny DVDs. Sometimes if the mood is getting really bad, I would just go to bed and try to sleep through the day and call it a wasteful day. Uusally I would feel much better after waking up though.

I do different things. I might eat cookies or ice cream. I might sing to myself in the shower. Sometimes I think about the people in the world who have it worse than I do (then i have to be happy), or I just start laughing and I forget what I am disgusted about!!

It really varies on the day, and the degree of depression or feeling down. Sometimes a call to my mom or Nana will cheer me up. Other times turning the TV on and finding a favorite show will cheer me up somewhat. And then somedays I just take a walk, waiting for nature and the beauty of it to heal me a little and bring back some joy.

To cheer myself up first I got to my beloved chocolate because that can really be the ultimate comfort food for any woman. Then I'll listen to some of my favorite music, lately it's Jauanes and Sugar Babes. Or I'll play with my cat, Misu, for a while... that's always the best cure.
