I have tried to visit the www.e-gold.com recently, but couldn't open the website. Is there antthing wrong with this site? Or it's just a problem for me as a user in China? I used to find a way to link to the site of e-gold, but now that won't do too. So I wonder maybe this time, it's not a problem for only me.

I am from the Philippines and like you I cannot access e-gold also. I have been wondering what is wrong and when will they resume the site for us. What do we do to our money from sites that pays through e-gold only. This is such a pain. I hope they will be back as soon as possible.

this is one problem that we, here in the philippines, are battling with. e-gold has been very friendly to us and so, we have relied on the establishment quite heavily. then so suddenly, the goes off, and we are lost. i have heard though that the management is doing or undertaking some measures so it can come back full force on the business. let us hope that they will be able to do so soon enough. should we say that let us just keep our fingers crossed? anyway, may e-gold pull it through soon enough. this will be good news for all of us.

I think it is ok now, but is mylot still sending payments to those who sign up for an e-gold accounts, I was about to reach ten dollars and I was wondering how I am going to transfer the money to my account. I sign up for an e-gold account and I don't know if money bookers will work here in the Philippines.

I just tried accessing the site and I had no problem. I am in the US though. They may have blocked all non-US users.

you must have learned sometime ago that e-gold has been encountering problems in the us. e-gold is a company which is US based. there are some violations that they have committed against these measures which the law has instituted as regards money laundering. maybe, the court had ordered that the company will have to be unavailable tothe public until such time when they have instituted all the measures required so they can operate again legally. let us hope that all will be well for e=gold very soon. filipinos have been among the clients of e-gold for sometime already.
