Has anyone ever tried it? I am having a hard time getting to sleep at night and thought about trying it. Its herbal so there isn't any caffeine. But I was just curious if anyone tried it and if it worked.

SheliaLee says it works on her wonderfully. She told me about it soon after she joined mylot. I never did see it on any Walmart shelf, but that is where she bought it.

Thank you so much for letting me know. I know Target sells it. I think I'll go get some today.

I hope it works for you. Now that I know Target sells it, I might try and find it there.

yeah I tried it once also. One cold night in May I thought I'd try a cupa before bed so I tried Sleepytyme. I liked the tea, and finished my cup. After putting the cup to soak I began to feel sleepy. I thought I'd sit for a minute before bed. I woke up next morning still sitting in the chair by the sink. Needless to say I never drank another cup of Sleepytyme tea.

Hi Laura98, yes I tried it many years ago, but with children now, they wear me out, I don't need to relax, I fall asleep very easily..lol

I have had it several times. It isn't my favorite tasting tea by a long shot but it does relax me some and calm my mind. I don't fall asleep right after drinking it but it is a nice tea to drink to settle your head down and prepare for sleep. I am now back to drinking iced tea (with caffeine) before bed and I sleep fine. Go figure. lol.
