There are so many fads out there. I have lost over 50 pounds. I first started with billy blanks dvds. just the two old ones to get started. I went from a 24 pants to a 15-16. i than went to turbo Jam. it is the best and most fun I have had since richard simmons. I am now in a 13-14. the best part is my buns have lifted back up and my cottrage cheese have been going bye-bye. I have no fat on my back the tires are gone. I have to work my arms now and My stomach to tighten But I will say I look great. I don't ever toot my own horn.

The only way to reall lose wieght is by cutting down what you eat and exercise. The ideal weight to lose every week is 1-2 lbs. Anything after that, you will be losing water or muscle mass or both.

There are two ways to lose weight, dieting and exercise , some other thing is massage. U have to spend more money to massage, how much weight u want to lose. where do u live if u live in bangalore india u can go to vlcc weight reduce centre and reduce ur weight or u can go to some locak gim n reduce the weight or consult a doctor.

I would highly recommend the Body For Life challenge. It is a 12 week program but it really gets the job done if you follow the program.

There are many ways to loose weight. But the safest, most effective way is to cut the number of calories you are curently taking in and increase exercise. You're far more likely to keep off the weight this way than if you try a fad diet.

here's an easy way to lose weight: i call it the 6 o'clock diet. don't eat anything after 6pm. you are only allowed water from 6pm til after 12 midnight or ideally until you get up in the morning. it's really effective because it helps your body digest your food intake well after dinner before you go to bed at night. it will also help to drink more water during your meals, and to eat slower in order to achieve a feeling of fullness in a shorter period of time. of course, a good diet coupled with exercise is always a good solution to losing weight and keeping it off. if you ever try this, let me know if this worked for you.

I just started this new program called Figure 8. It looks similar to Slim Fast but there isn't all the sugar, carbs and fillers that Slim Fast has in it. It is 150 calories and 9 carbs per serving. And it tastes great (well, the chocolate and the chai do, I don't like the vanilla) I lost 12 pounds my first week (for exercise I tap dance) and the doctor says I can contiue the diet while pregnant because it has so many nutrients in it!
