do you eat sweets before meals?

i sometimes do, especially when i wait for the housekeeper to complete the table during lunchtime. sometimes, it takes them a while and we are already waiting and hungry, and when we see sweet stuff on the table, we munch on them.
sadly though, this practice doesn't diminish our appetite for the main courses, which is really bad for the diet. ugh...

i love to eat sweets, even before dinner, i've got such healthy appetite that it never ever affected it. we are the family who eats desserts first and even right after the meals, if there are extras... LOL...sigh...but i try to drink green to flush out some of the sugar out...hahaha

hahaha...i agree... i never have a friend who's into computers (i mean, nearly considering the computer as a companion..hahaha...), designs, internet and earning online like you do.... hehehe... thanks for the reponse and for the friendship... btw, what do you usually munch on before dinner? hehehe..

I seldom eat sweets at any time but when I do it's usually at night while I'm on the pc or watching television. My favorite candy is M&M's by the way! lol
