Do you collect Avatars on Neopets? / myLot

Have you ever tried to collect Avatars on Neopets? I try to collect them even though I don't ever go on to the Neoboards to use them. Do you use the Neoboards to show off your avatars that you have collected? If you want to start collecting Neoboard Avatars I found a good link for it, it gives you links straight to pages where you'll be awarded for some of them and tells you how to get the others: http://neonewsnow.com/extend/avatarssimple.php

It seems like there are never any new avatars released; when I first started playing at the site there was a new one almost every week, now its like months between them.

I love collecting avatars! I wish TNT would release some new ones though. Right now I have 263 avatars. Most of the ones that I need are game avs, so I need to start working on those. I've used all of my avs at least once on the Neoboards, and am constantly changing them depending on my mood. It's nice to have a choice!

I am an avatar collector (sort of), having well over 200 avatars. I don't use the neoboards though however I have a full list of my avvies on one of my pet pages just to show off :P If you're interested in Neopian avatars you might want to check out http://avatar.starried.net, it's a great site :)

I never really got into collecting avatars. When I played neopets my sole hobbies were playing games and collecting neopoints, and then using them for the battledome.
