More Road Rage

I swear people are getting just more insane than ever while driving. Yesterday on the way home from work I was minding my own business and driving about 25 miles an hour on a small road downtown. This road leads to one of the main streets and there is an intersection about a block away from the main road with a stop sign. I'm approaching the intersection with the stop sign and see three cars in line stopped. I say cool and keep going. As i start to cross the intersection the lady pulls out and almost hit my car broadside. I know she saw me coming. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being hit. She looked at me like I am the one at fault. I suppose she wanted me to let her go since I HAD to stop anyway. I just told her she was an idiot and shouldn't be driving and took off. I'm really tired of all the rude drivers. Thanks for listening to me vent....

Happy to listen to you vent! I know it's a good way to let out the road rage (better then starting a fight on the street anyway). I've had people do that to me before. Where I slowed b/c I was just making sure those cars didn't go, and they thought it meant I was letting them go! Really if they would not roll at the stop sign, I wouldn't even slow. But what gets me is when those ppl keep inching up as if they are ready to take off. Have some patience, sit still at the stop sign, inching up 2 inches isn't going to get you there faster. Hope you don't get into any accidents :)

Yeah, where are the cops when you need them! I've had people fly up to the stop sign and they had to slam on their brakes when they saw me. A lot of people seem to assume that there is never anyone there. I'm sure these people will cause an accident someday, just hopefully not with me!

I know how you feel.I was driving in gainesville fl a couple of weeks ago.I went to turn out of the mall parking lot onto a side street I saw a car turning but it was farther down the road.Also it was in the closest lane to me so I pulled out well in front of this car.I thought everything was all good.But then I see him switch lanes and speed up to hit me.It was insane and I couldnt believe it.Good thing I saw him being an idiot and moved out of the way.

Don't you just love how the people who go out of turn are always mad at YOU for almost getting in an accident?
