I agree with gypsy...there's not a really "easy" way to lose weight and still be healthy and maintain the weight loss. The important thing to remember is that you need to make this a lifestyle change, not just a crash diet. If you just try to lose weight as fast as you can, you'll end up gaining it back in most cases. Like she said, a high fiber diet and plenty of water is important. Another thing that helps a lot is using soy protein products. Soy is very high in protein and contains no harmful fats. It's known to help build muscle mass as well. There's no known toxic level of soy to human beings, so you can incorporate that into your diet as well. And some sort of exercise regimen is really important. Walking is great for taking off the weight, though not so much for building muscle.

i dont think there's an easy way to loose weight, it takes a lot of work. diet pills are not recomended, they have bad side effects.. so the best thing you can do, if you hate exercise, is to eat small portions of meals every 3-4 hours and drink lots of water. excesive drinking of water helps wash away all the toxins and fats from the body. eating in small portions would help your body stay sustained without having to crave for food and eating them up in large quantities all the time. and of course, walking helps if you're not into aerobics :) brisk walking for an hour or so would work wonders accompanied by that diet :) i hope it helps and goodluck!

ah and also, psyllium fiber helps a lot :) have that in your diet before meals. put 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of cold water and stir and drink it all up before the fiber expands. it may be a little hard to drink so you can down another glass of water. psyllium helps cleanse your body plus it gives you that "full" feeling so you wont be able to eat much food during a meal :)

hi icycute, u can take alot of hot water , instead u shud start drinking only hot water isntead of normal water, take a neat diet include salads in ur diet stop taking fatty foods for sumtime, take a brisk walk for 30-40 mins in the morning...do this consistently for 3 months u will c the results n secondly befriend ur crush... n if she likes u thn she will definatley be impressed by your dedication towards things..n if she likes u thn she may nt evn c ur luks as luks thy harldy matter infornt of ur attitude n personality... all the best buddy
