orkut...this one still rocks the charts of networking sites..its more user friendly i feel and the new added features like locking the photos and scraps is an added advatage..even changing the backgrounds and uploaded themes of one's choice is good.....

yes as you rightly said thats a human tendency to feel sleepy after having food...but it again depends on kind of food one eats...in my case if i eat rice in the afternoon or even buttermilk i feel sleepy.thats the reason i avoid that. but if i eat limited food and juz breads or soups i dnt feel tht sleepy.... nice discussion tahnks.
