do you know what to eat when going to the store?

I usually don't haha, I see what kind of meat if on sale and what kind of vegetables and then I decide what we are going to eat. I always have a hard time deciding when I am at home, what do you do

i also tend to think when i am at the store make the discussion what to eat and then buy the things which will be useful for making the dish.
Sometimes i have a food that i ma going to make but after looking at some other food then i change my mind and then buy that and have it for the dinner/lunch.
