I don't drink much water and I know I should. I only like flavored water too. I maybe drink 8oz a day lol.

I'd say 5 glasses.I really don't like water even the flavored kinds.So I drink alot of iced tea instead.

On an avearge I must be drinking minimum 5 glasses of water..I guess..however I shall exactly count and then give u feedback..must be dependent on season also...

I drink 100 oz of water a day! It's great for you! Sometimes it's hard to get it all in but if I have 60 of it before mid-afternoon, I'm good!
