Have you ever dyed your hair?

I want my hair colour to be black only. I tried to dye with some articificial dye but I started getting hitching on the hair edge and hair started falling there. So I left it. Now I use mehendi powder, which is used to hands to get red designs in Indian marriages, which will make the white hairs look a bit orrange. But this is good for hair.

Hi missbdoll, When I was a teenager and attending hairstyling college I dyed my hair every colour of the rainbow and then some I swear lol. Now that I am a little older I usually only go red, black, or a dark purple. The last hair dye made my hair REALLY red so it was a bit of a shock, but my family and friends really liked it on me! as a matter of fact I had my hair done today. It is a bit of everything I have my natural (very dark blond) black, dark chesnut, blond honney, with blond tips and I am going to wait 2-3 days to put a bit of red tips. I would say this time I went a bit over board usually I only do 2 colours. The most unusual I have ever done my hair was blueberry and because my hair was light it was amaizing I used to have that all the time.

I don't use a clor on my hair.If that only this shampoo color who are covering my grey hair, but that's it.I just don't believe on such things like that and want to have healthy hair.I damaged them with other things, so at least I am trying to avoid coloring.

I have never dyed my hair, though had been on the brink of doing it. Good thing I changed my mind on the last minute. I like my hair the way it is, black and silky. I am apprehensive about dyeing because it might damage my hair and will make it brittle. Also, i am afraid of having allergic reactions with dye since it has some strong chemical components. But sometimes I envied dyed colored hair, it looks fashionable and glamorous.
