Do you have salads every day?Do you prefer to have a small helping of salad before your meal or you just salad for the meal?What are your favourite salads?

wow salads!!! i can't stop eating them.they are the most favorite part of my meal.all those cucumbers,tomatoes,radishes,broccoli,lettuces.even i do eat raw fruits and vegetables at other time of the day besides lunch and dinner.i don't know why i have got a liking towards these leaves and roots.but thats the truth.most of us forget how important salads are for us.we should atleast take some raw vegetables once a day. moreover they are very nutritious and avoid me from taking heavy meals as i take them before my meals.they also provide lots of fiber in my diet that is very much essential,though most of us forget its importance.my favorite is all kinds of vegetables.if you give me just cucumber with salt sprinkled on it i will gobble it up.but if its a mix of all with a delicious dressing then that will be like a treat to me.

Hi!exclusively_rinku Yeah I agree with you we can avoid taking heavy meals if we have a salads.Enjoy your healthy food.If you enjoy it so much nothing like it.I guess this must be showing on you.

I usually just eat salad at lunch and/or dinner. I like spinach or romaine lettuce with lots of raw veggies and balsamic vingerette dressing. It's important to have lots of fiber in the diet. Very good for the colon. I've been studying up on colon cleansing and detoxing the body through juice fasts. http://www.detoxbodyplan.com is a site that gives some information on it. My favorite salad besides the one I mentioned is fruit salad! I love lots of fresh cut up fruit served with nonfat yogurt.

...BUNNY FOOD!!! Yummmm. I like everything in my salads, even fruits like pears, apples, mandarine oranges, raisins, grapes, pineapple. I like nuts, different kinds of lettus, since ice berg is not really healthy for you and can make a meal by adding sliced turkey or grilled chicken. Yummmm. Hi there. During the hot summer seasons, we eat alot of salads and yes everyday in those months, as we mainly use the BBQ and we all have large helpings of salad... Green salads, pasta and potato are our favs...

We only eat salad in fastfood...but occassionally we add salad for parties like bdays...we like both fruit and veg. salad

tuna salad - its my favorite salad.
No,I dont have salad everyday.I only eat it like four or five times during a year.Usually I make it by myself and I perfer fruit salad.Sometimes when I eat in pizza hut I would order it as well.My favorite one is tuna salad since I thought its tasty and nutritious as well.

We do serve SALADS in all our meals , it's a tradition and they all have in common the VINIGRAITE , may be some of you eat it after or before the meal but we eat it within the meal/time , it helps the stomach to relax :) I mean to deal very good with the new invaders :)

I occasionly eat a salad as a meal. It has to have a lot of meat in it though. I really like fresh cooked bacon in my salad. mainly I eat a small salad with my meal.

I eat salad almost every day. I like to have cucumber, lettuce, carrots, cauliflower and have a small amount of salad cream. Sometimes I just have cucumber and lettuce with another meal like pasta. Other times I have a mix of lettuce, carrot and red cabbage with other foods like nuts and seeds. I think these are healthy meals to have.

I try to always eat a salad, not for diet reasons, but I just love eating salad. I like to throw all kinds of veggies in mine, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, all kinds of stuff.

I used to like salads but didn't eat them on a regular basis. When I ate out at a restaurant I always started with a salad, usually a caesar. But now that I have IBS I cannot eat lettuce of any kind. I don't much care for cold pasta salads but will eat some if it is available. At home, lately we've been eating tomato and cucumber salad sprinkled with onion powder, basil and parsley with sweet onion salad dressing. The kids love it and we have it with every meal. That is the only vegetable we eat with our meal because of food restrictions.
