whenever i have a new batch of trainees, i always start the orientation with the question what is your top 3 movies. from there, i can somehow assess their personality and outlook in life. it is just a guide... it is not an exact science. but in most cases that i have been, my assessment of theior personality is almost always correct. my top 3 movies, not necessarily in this order, are finding forrester, a beautiful mind, and good will hunting. what is yours?

Hey I think your method is quite clever, hope you don't mind if I use it too. My 3 top movies are Forrest Gump, Bourne Identity/Supremcy/Ultimatum, The Italian Job. I love action movies that are not too violent or gorry and also movies that make you laugh.
