I think this is a definite possibility. We cannot know so we cannot disprove it.

There is always another universe in a multiverse cosmos if astronomers can see beyond our modern day cosmological theory of single universe, so far there is no evidence to say otherwise. Our present astronomical theory doesn't support present human's cosmos consist multiverse, until we have concrete evidence and sufficient advance technology to prove otherwise. There may have other universe beyond human reach and at the end of black hole where the human present technology is too ancient to detect and come to a conclusion of the existence of another universe.

The likelyhood of there being many more universes out there is t theoretically quite high. Scientists speak of parallel universes with slightly different laws of nature or having more than the 4 dimensions (3 spatial and 1 time dimensions) that our portion of the cosmos has, probably occupying the same same space as we do or overlapping it. Also, based on certain mathematical proof, many scientists conjecture that blackholes could be gateways to other universes. At present blackholes are also theoretical, none has been conclusively found, though many points of space are suspected to be backholes based on the behavior of stars and other stellar bodies in the vicinity of those points in space. Will someone be able to travel between universes? Based on the current technological advances that humans have, no. Maybe in the distant future when space travel is a reality and not just a piece of science fiction, humans may one day venture into other universes. Actually, most SF writers have limited humanity to within the Milky Way Galaxy or the Andromeda cluster of which we are a part. Very few have have written about humans in other Galaxies - and there are billions of them-Maybe very far out in the future, maybe after our star has gone Nova (about 5 billion or so years from now), and humans have finished exploring this universe, maybe mankind may venture into other universes?

It's possible. it has been mentioned before. Read MR Franks "The Universe and Multiple Reality". it's interesting book, you can believe it or not, it's pretty much your choice. I think it's quite a theory, and great reading for non physicist.

Hi Hiddenenz, Welcome to myLot, I hope that you will enjoy your time here and make both friends and money. Now to your discussion, I think that there are probably many universes out there, in fact it is difficult to imagine anything else. We are just beginning to learn about these things and a thousand years from now we may be travelling to such places. Some people think that we are the highest of all creation but how do we know that? There is probably life out there that is so far advanced that they would liken us to prehistoric man. Blessings.

maybe. and they could be the afterlife for all we know. the LHC is a machine too that could create another big bang. maybe not so big but still there is a possibility that we may ourselves create a universe or multiverses.

it is a very intresting topic. i think that we may be living in a multiverse. i beleive that there are other planets with creatures living in them. they may look different to us due too different climates and temperatures. i think it may be part of Gods plan.

Of course, that's not an idea astronomers take seriously. But many cosmologists are giving serious thought to a more scientific question: Do other universes exist? Believe it or not, theorists have an answer. And the answer appears to be, Yes....just hope and wait for the news t be announced once they discover another one.............
