Physical Therapy

I have problems with my lower back, lumbar area. I see a physical therapist now only once a week but for awhile it was 2-3 times each week. I have bulging disks that irritate the hip bone and cause the femoral nerve in one leg to cause extreme pain. Right now everything is under control although I can't work. My working activities involve standing, bending, leaning and lifting. Who is more effective, a physical therapist or chiropractor? Am real anxious to hear who wins the popularity contest!

I am sorry to hear about your back problems. However it is good to hear that everything is under control now. I have had physical therapy on 2 occasions. Each time the therapy was very, very helpful. I don't have any experience using a chiropractor, though. Good luck to you.

I've been in therapy 3 different times and it helps so much. Nerve stimulation seems to keep my back almost pain free. I've never seen a chiropractor and will not with this situation. Thank you and thanks for the response.
