Once in awhile I get blackheads and I can tell you what worked for me. Dried them up and they have been gone for months. Guess my pores get clogged. Might be best to call your doctor and see what he/she advises. A pinched nerve is terribly painful. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is to see a chiropractor. Do know others really believe in their doctoring but I shy away from a chiropractor and get into physical therapy when I have a problem with my back. Hope you feel better, carolbee

I am so sorry you are having health problems. I can tell you about 30 yrs. ago I had horrible fibroids to the point I couldn't sit down. I had a complete hysterectomy and have never looked back. We had our house painted a couple of years ago and we did each room a different color. One thing I would highly reommend is having an accent wall in each room. Sure makes the rooms look so nice. I do have a cheap shredder but it works. I understand also about tearing up paper in very small pieces. I sometimes use a scissors instead of taking out the shredder. Our trash is only picked up once a week. Thanks for responding.

I had complications after the surgery but that's because I developed pneumonia. The surgery shouldn't be a big one but you should feel soooooo much better. You heard it from one who went through this. I felt like a different person.
