Do you like your chicken fried, breaded or roasted? Hmmm I perefer the breaded one. I really love some breading mixes in the market right now...

I like my chicken fried. (Actually, any way) I soak my chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce. Then, I flour it and let it sit for 15 minutes, before frying. It makes the chicken very tender and flavorful. It gives the chicken a really crunchy coating. This is my favorite way to prepare it.

Hi Sherrir, That sounds yummy! I love my chicken also. I usually fix it with egg then dip it in crushed corn flakes and put it in a skillet with a little butter or oil and fry it. I will have to try it your way. As I LOVE hot chicken.

I like chicken just about any ole way, but I think my least favorite is breaded and deep fat fried. It just does not appeal to me for some reason. I like chicken boiled, broasted, roasted, baked, stuffed, grilled, rotissere'd - and could not possibly produce a favorite preference.

I use to love eating fried chicken, but now I'm watching my fat grams and calories. Now I eat it roasted with garlic and other seasonings to give it a great taste. If I'm in a hurry, then I will just get a breading mix from the store, but I am trying to cook better, so rarely use a mix.

I like my chicken to be breaded one. I like the crispiness of the bread with juiceness of the chicken. I like the homemade that on fastfood. My mom is great in cooking breaded chicken, we always have it every weekend.

All of the above. I like chicken just about any way you can serve it. Except raw of course. Chicken is my favorite meat. I hardly ever eat it fried, but I love it.
