Both of my kids were 8 months old when they started walking without holding onto anything. I did not really do anything special to help them walk that early. I just gave them plenty of chances to try. Your son is content with crawling around and I am sure he will start to walk when he is ready.

I bought them once. My kids hate the already cut up apples because they have some sort of preservative on them that they do not like the taste of. I just buy a big bag of grapes and some whole apples and they chow down on those.

Nope, there is no cure. You could try getting a song stuck in your head that is not annoying at least. I hate it when I get an annoying song stuck in my head.

My kids are night owls. That is not really a good thing since my son has to get up for school in the morning. I have never been a morning person either. My kids don't go to bed till around 9 or 10 and then I have to drag them out of bed in the morning.

Only all the time. I am a bruise magnet and most of the time I have no clue how the bruise got there. My mom is the same way. Something that you don't think should bruise sometimes turns out to be a really bad bruise too.

I have made a chocolate cake with nothing but a boxed mix and a can of diet coke before. The way I was told to make it did not call for an egg white. It was very good cake. I don't even really like cake all that much, but I really liked this cake. Never heard of sauerkraut in a cake before, but I have heard of Mayonnaise cake before and it was pretty good.

My son has 3 half siblings on his dad's side that I am actually kind of glad he does not know. They are not kids that would be a good influence on him. I think I would try to find out more about the kids and the mothers before making a decision.
