My officemate is going out to get himself a grub this very moment and i have told him to please buy me a large Zagu drink, happens to be a cold drink, which doesn't fit today because it is rainy and i happen to have sore throat. He even told me that i should not drink cold drinks when i have throat problems. But i don't believe him, i told him i'll just discuss it at mylot where i can actually have some advice. Well, i am quite confused coz my cousin once told by her doctor that there's nothing wrong about drinking cold drinks while she has sore throat and i kind of believed it coz sore throats are like burned skins or just like swelling skins that needs to be treated with a use of a cold ice bag. Kind of stupid of me to ask, well i don't know everything so i am here to ask. Just tell me what do you think...

I do have a sore-throat before and the doctor told me to avoid drinking cold beverages. I'm only concerned to your health because it may have a reaction and may have a side effect. So all you have to do is to drink calamansi juice or other Vitamin C to lessen your problem.

I only drink warm or hot drinks when my throat is bothering me. It helps soothe my throat. To me cold drinks when you have a sore throat makes it hurt more.
