A denomination is a named sect. Therefore, those who know the Body of Christ must never bear such special names. The believers should only possess the unique and honorable name of Jesus Christ, and not exalt any other name besides this preeminent name. It should not be a glorious thing for one to say that he is a believer of a certain denomination. (Life Lessons, W. Lee)

I agree with you. We all should be proud that we believe in Jesus and only be proud of his name not the building we go to church in. Not many people say that. All believe in different ways so they don't really listen to that advice but I'm glad that you said it.

Hello everyone. You know there is one church stated in the Bible in Ephesians 4:4. What is that body? In Col.1:18 "And he is the head of the body, the church. So there is one church where Jesus Christ is the head of the church, that is the real church. Among the many churches today, how can we determine if that church is headed by Christ? Christ being the ruler of the church does not teach wrong doctrines. Instead, it teaches indestructible and undefiled doctrines. In Luke 21:13-15 says;"And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer; For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist."Christ gave an assurance to the Church He heads. That all your adversaries cannot gainsay nor resist. Therefore, one manifestation of a church which is headed by Christ is, it cannot be readily destroyed; its doctrines are without flaws.

I am Apostolic, meaning I believe Jesus Christ is God Almighty and we practise the teachings of the Early Church. We maintain a holiness life conforming into the image of Christ according to the Word of God. I was raised Catholic.

I believe that I am just A CHRISTIAN. Though I believe in the Holy Spirit, tongues, prophecies etc.. which make me a pentecostal, i think. I was raised in a catholic home. How I wish that there will be no denominations, just one body. There is only one truth, and that is Jesus Christ. I pray, that all of us will be open to things that God will teach us, because I believe that the reason we have different denominations is because we didn't believe and listen to God very carefully, maybe our hearts wasn't ready for such teaching. God continues to teach and we should never stop learning. There is only one truth, God will not say it is right in one church and then say it is wrong in the other church. I pray that we will all open our eyes, ears and heart completely to God, so that we will hear the truth and be one body. I am happy with the things that are happening in our city, because different denominations are acting as one body. We pray together for our country and fellowship with each other.
