there are lots of beauty products out in the store to get rid of blackheads/whiteheads but what i was hoping from you guys is a tip for a home-base product that you can create on your own at home. i'd prefer natural ingredients. thanks guys!

I found online mixing lemon juice and achol helps. I started useing that on my face after I wash it with regular soup and water. I have oily skin and I anm in my mid 30's. I have tried a lot of different things myself. Good like to you friend.

I used to buy all kinds of different products to remove blackheads. (I'm especially prone to them by my nose and chin.) Many years ago I read of a home remedy and I haven't purchased anything since...this works the best for me. Take about 1 teaspoon of oatmeal and grind it up almost into a powder (you can use a spoon in a coffee cup or a bowl.) Once ground up, pour it into your cupped hand and add just enough drops of water to make a thin (not real watery) paste. Rub it gently into the areas where you get the blackheads. (I do it over my whole face) Rub gently and then rinse off. I have never seen any product remove all traces of blackheads the way this does. It's easy, cheap, healthy, and no added chemicals. Your skin will tone up, blackheads will be gone, and it leaves your skin smooth. I do this about once a week, or more if needed. I no longer do facial peels or anything. My daughters both use this method too, and the oldest one hasn't had problems with acne either in years. Try it and let me know how you like it:-)
