Deceased loved ones who come to us before we die

Addymum's post reminded me of something else. About a week or so before he passed, my dad told my sister that he saw his deceased father and brother. Both were gone for a good 40-50 years. But I believed it nevertheless. This also made me wonder who will visit me before I leave this physical earth for good. Hope that the visitors are my parents and all the cats that I have ever owned. I won't be afraid and I look forward to seeing them again on the Other Side? Do you also look forward to seeing any deceased loved one in particular shortly before you die? If so, who?
