recovering the data.

When I started writing a discussion and in the verge of submitting it, there was a power failure and the net connection is also lost. After sometime, I tried to login and recover the data but in vain.Can you help me how to do it?

Hi, the software for MyLot is not configured for saving the discussions in case of power or browser failure. I suggest you get a UPS (uninterrupted power supply, i think), which will keep your computer on for 10 minutes more so you can save your files.
You can also just type up your discussions on MS Word before submitting. That way, you can save your work, and you can also set MS Word to backup, have auto recovery and autosave.
This also works for Open Office..
You can also work on a laptop, wherein if there is power failure, the computer would still be kept on because of the battery supply..
Other than that, MyLot isn't configured for data loss recovery.

seriously, let's hope myLot upgrades its software, a la Blogger or Wordpress, where they do autosave..
