a tv has been a part of families around the world...i mean, it is a part of every household and it is just like part of our family...so, the tv programs are influential to our lives... many believe that tv programs can influence our personality...especially that of kids...they say, if kids left alone on tv, without parents supervision, they will tend to follow what they watched... so, what programs do you think must be censored?..or banned?..or changed to a timeslot wherein kids are already asleep?..

I know there isn't anything I can do about some of the programming out there. What sets my teeth on edge these days are the commercials. There sits my seven year old grandson watching Leave it to Beaver, it goes off and before The Adams Family comes on there is a Maxiderm commercial with some trampy looking woman gyrating all over a dance floor rubbing her hands all over herself making eyes at some man, then out the door they go and she says something about him not needing something or other, he uses Maxiderm. I mean what is this? It makes me sick. My grandson turns to me and wants to know what maxiderm is. I can plan for programming that I don't think is suitable, but what can I do about these unexpected commercials? I guess I'll end up having to record everything and block the commercials. Again, the whole thing makes me sick.

I think mainly the soaps and serials must be censored because these programs attract even small children and it must be taken care of that these programs doesnt promote any vulgar themes
