i love chocolates...i am just addicted to it...when i am hot tempered, i just eat chocolate and i won't feel my anger, no more...i also eat chocolate because i feel like my IQ increases whenever i eat one...hehehehe...sounds childish, right?... well then, i made a reasearch and found out some chocolate health benefits..so i continued eating it...so in your own opinion, should you eat chocolates or not?

I like eating chocolate, especially a milk one or a chocolate with nuts. I think that a black chocolate is the healthier and has much more nutrients than the milk one. I've heard somewhere that the chocolate can cause migraine, so I try not to eat it so much.

I also love chocolates too much. sometime i can't resist chocolates. I know too much chocolate is not good for us. But i like to take it in moderate quantity. I think it should be taken in moderate quantity and don't over eat it. Else you will gain fat.

I only rarely eat it and when I do, I only eat the dark chocolate with no dairy in it. It's lower in fat and sugar and higher in antioxidants.

chocolate - bars of chocolates
it's okay to eat chocolate but you should minimize the amount of your consumption cause even if it had benefits, too much eating could cause problems.

It is true that chocolates really calm someone. I, too do the same. It is as if it's my reliever. When I'm upset, I go to a store and buy bars of chocolates.

i.am.a.chocolate.addict. i cannot live without chocolate. i have to have a piece at least once or twice a week. before, it had to be everyday. then when i discovered chocochino cereal and hunt's choco-caramel pudding, i didn't need pure choco as much anymore. :D but i usually want it when my hormones fluctuate. ;D

Why should I don't love to eat chocolate? I think I'm not and it is because I love to eat chocolate. I love chocolates because of the taste that will last inside my mouth. I love chocolate because it will give a strength while in my work. Sometimes, when I feel stress and bored, I used to eat a chocolate candy to ease my stress feeling and my boredom.

I love chocolate. I agree it can be a mood changer. I try to be smart and not go over board on the amount of chocolate I eat in a day though. I think moderation is the right way to go.

Remember the saying of: too much of a good thing is a bad thing. I think it's okay to eat chocolate in moderation. Me, oddly enough, I prefer fruits over chocolate.
