I will tell you right now that I love cookies and my favorite is chocolate chip or chocolate chunk. I could easily sit down at one time and devour an entire package of chips ahoy within an hour while watching television. I often wondered at times why I find myself eating a bunch of cookies when really I am not hungry at all. I guess because I enjoy the taste so much it overwhelms me therefore I continue to gorge when I really do not need to because all that it does is give me that moment of satisfaction and then it's gone leaving me with toothaches that I am not fond of at all. I guess you might say cookie addiction can arise out of the wanting of something sweet all the time and I believe that is my problem for my cookie addiction.

I love to bake cookies, but I hardly ever eat them. I have not bought cookies in at least 3 years. I am constantly getting requests for my cookies. I had to make 55 dozen cookies in 2 days last Christmas for the Cookie Spree at my sisters antique shop. My ex would a whole batch of my cookies that I make with crushed up Andes candies or the Coconut ones in like 2 days. My old employees used to love come in to work because at least once a week I would bring them fresh baked cookies. My sister has even requested that I make her some of her favorites my Oatmeal Raisin cookies for her guys at work. My son is loving the Chocolate White Chip cookies I have made him a few times. I guess you could say I am addicted to baking cookies, and I make people addicted to eating them.

I love homemade cookies. I'm usually not tempted by store-bought. I don't make them too often because my husband and I devour the batch quickly. There's nothing like warm, fresh baked cookies.
