How many of you still have a VCR ?

I still have 2. My handicap son still uses them all the time. He cannot get ahold of the CD's but loves to go in and watch movies and can do it himself. I don't know what we are going to do when they don't work anymore. Our other one is at the camper and we have some movies that we took down and only watch if it is raining or really cold outside.

I still have 2 VCR's and I still use them. There are some things I have on VCR that is not on DVD or I just don't have on DVD. I've probably only used it once or twice in the past year but I totally don't see a reason to get rid of them. Plus one of my vcr's is a tv/vcr combo and it's the tv I have in my bedroom.

I have a VCR. I actually had two, but one ate a movie, and no longer works. I have lots of movies, I do not watch them, I do not watch TV. I think I have three DVD players as well. I do use the VCR from time to time with the grandson, we have some movies that are his favorites. Like Toy Story, and Jumanji. My husband has dozens of John Wayne movies. We are just now getting to a season where he will be wanting to watch them, now that the weather is going to be a little bad.

I still own one becuase my son still has a lot of video tapes he likes to watch. Once he outgrows them I'm pretty sure I will have outgrown my VCR. I also keep it because I'm too cheap to pay for DVR and I still record shows to watch later every now and then. Admittedly, I haven't done that in quite a while since so many netowrks now stream their content online, too. It's probably at least a year since I've personally used my VCR.

We still have our VCR. Ours gets used everyday by my kids. My son has a bunch of VHS tapes that he and his little sister watch. We have one hooked up in the living room, and we have a tv/vcr combo in the computer room.
