I made myself some eggs for breakfast this morning because i had a sudden need/craving for them. i usually cook them over easy so the white part is all cooked but the yolk isnt because i like to dip my toast in the yolk.. well while flipping them in teh skillet i mangae to break the yolks so i decieded to cook them throughly and put some cheese on them and had them in a fried egg sandwhich... my husband just got out of the shower and i offered him some eggs. he asked me to make him poched eggs. i have no idea how to do that!?!?! so he deceided he was gonna cook himself.. no biggie gets me out of cooking again.. lol i was wondering there are so many differnt ways to make eggs how do you like yours cooked? Is there anything specail you add to your eggs to spice em up a little?

I like my eggs fried, but with the yolk still runny also. I have to eat my eggs with toast so I can dip it in the yolk. I always made scrambled eggs for my son who is 7. One day he told me he wants one made the way I eat them. Now he will not eat scrambled eggs unless you put meat and cheese in them. My daughter is 9 1/2 months old and she loves fried eggs too. (I know I am a bad mommy giving my baby eggs already, right?) I have never had a poached egg before. I also really like hard boiled eggs as does my son. Deviled eggs are awesome. I just bought 2-18packs of eggs the other day to do deviled eggs for Thanksgiving. YUMMY!

no you are not a bad mommy for giving your child eggs. eggs have lots of protein in them and as long as there not fried all the time they can be good for you! depending on your cholestorl level. My daughter is 6 and she loves scrambled eggs. can not get her to eat eggs any other way unless the yolk is fully cooked and then cut out she will only eat egg whites if not scrambled, she doesnt like the slimmy feeling she says mmm deviled eggs!

I must agree I love my eggs too and like to keep the yolk all runny for my toast. But the toast has to be golden not white with slight colouring otherwise it just doesn't taste the same. My son is 2 1/2 and I'm still trying to get him to eat boiled and fried eggs. The only way he will eat eggs at all is if I put them in cakes etc. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get a toddler to eat eggs. I've even tried the whole soldier toast thing and that didn't work.

I like eggs scrambled or boiled. But, I want then completely cooked. I don't like the yolk to be at all runny. Sometimes I put some shredded cheese in them when I am scrambling them. I also put a little milk in them. But, you have to be sure to cook them done when you do this or they will be a bit slimey.

I love eggs... i always try to put egg in most of the food i cook... but for breakfast, i prefer the way your cook it... but here we call it sunny side up... i love the uncooked yolk added to my rice... My husband wants his eggs cooked with onions and garlic... these two spices give the added zing to the eggs...

Hi,there! Well,I like the eggs which was cooked by boiled water. I don't like the one when it's raw. I'd like those which are overcooked cause everything is clear.I like the white part as well as the yellow part.I also like the pouched eggs. We usually put some oil in the pan and then put the whole egg in to fry it and after some time, then it's done.It also tastes pretty good and delicious when you're eating with rice and dishes:) Thanks for the discussion! Have a nice day:)

Hi there.. Eggs are indeed yummy (even though it's sure that eating too much of it would lead us to no good... LOL) and I love to eat eggs in any way they are prepared. But I prefer fried eggs - it goes well with almost anything especially breads and even compliments for soups sometimes.. I am not sure how it's called but I have a certain 'recipe' in preparing eggs. I just blend scrambled eggs with sauteed onions and tomatoes and then I add salt and monosodium glutamate. I just think that's a really perfect breakfast treat!! Hope you could try it too! B-)

Well, more often than not have mine over easy as well. I like to dip my toast in the yolk. But all of the white has to be cooked or I can't eat them. On over easy eggs, I just use salt and pepper. Scrambled eggs I tend to do spicy. Hot sauce and/or salsa mixed in with them and maybe a little cheddar cheese on top.

egg, nutritious food - Egg tastes good when not fully cooked. The yolk must be soft.
I prefer to have it semi cooked. I don't like it hard. So I cook the egg for 10 minutes then place it in cold water and then after 5 or 10 min, it is ready. I cut it lengthwise and sprinke some fresh pepper powder and salt. It is really yummy. Try it.

I am a great fan of eggs too. I love scrambled eggs and boiled eggs too. However I do not like the yellow of the egg and generally give it away to my son who loves it. I also occasionally love to have a Spanish Omelette with tomatoes, onions and chillies shredded and added to the mix. A bull's eye with loads of black pepper and salt generally done till the yellow is hard enough is another of my favorites.
