Hello! I am conducting a research investigating the effect of music on exercise. I need some people who jog/run on a regular basis to report their time, distance, and steps taken (on a pedometer) during a running session without music. Then- I will ask you to do the same thing with music. (I'll create a playlist....) Then- I'll ask you to create your own playlist and do the same thing. There may be a questionnaire or two involved as well. Thanks so much! Let me know if you'd be willing to help! Thanks so much!

i ran the recent 10km race with an ipod shuffle, but it kept playing slow music! so i had to keep shuffling it forward. perhaps next year I'll run with the right music. but the shuffle is the lightest and hampers running least. i think i ran slower on race day than usual. usually i don't run with music. let me know if you still want help with the project.

ofcourse i'd be wiling to help ...and as u know ofcourse there's gonna be a hell of difference between both experiences.....as u place ur foot with the beats ...so the faster the beats , the faster the steps, the longer the distance in shorter time ..the trick is to really pick the highest beat where u can move along with .

I hope you know, there are about a milllllllllion different variables you have to take into consideration. Have fun with the experiment, and good luck. :)
