The morning, after every meal, before bedtime, ritual most of us remember to do while conscious is mostly performed in an upward or downward motion or the backward and forward method ? Our dental hygiene minus Fluoridation is very important, so how do you brush those beautiful teeth ?

Mostly I brush in a circular motion actually. I do a bit of everything. Up, down, side to side, circles...

Both for me. I also angle my toothbrush 45 degrees to my teeth, gets the miniscule bits of food out better. I also make sure to clean my tongue.

Have you been to our site where on the earthSave page resources for keeping our water cleanest, fields & forrsts greenest and skies bluest all also focusing on the dangers of adding fluoride to the water ?
