There has been a few reports on the news that say a few football teams have not followed rules. Do you think that football teams that are caught cheating should be punished badly or let off the hook easily?

I think most sports teams these days stretch the limits of the game to the maximum to get an advantage. But, if any team is actually found to be flouting rules, I think they should be taken to task. The punishments against such teams should be very harsh so that they serve as a lesson for other teams. The Italian ruling in the bribery scandal was more of an eyewash, it should have actually been much higher and for a longer term and then it would have really served as a deterrent for other clubs. Cheers! Ram

I'd probably punish them just to set an example of this is what will happen if you screw up. I would rather they get punished no matter what. No teams should be above the rules and can do what they want when they want. If we're talking pro football, then we gotta mention New England getting caught. They got punished and that was the end of it. I do think all teams should follow the rules though and not let off the hook. It's a way of setting an example that needs to be followed.
