Hello friends, i am suggesting a food for you. have a try please. to look youthful and be energetic i recommend living food like sprouts of green gram,beans, lentils,and fenugreek as living foods holds the key to good health.sprouts have highest level of easily absorbable nutrients.they increase vitality,strengthen the immune system,regulate weight and slow down the aging process because they contain the vitamins and minerals,and are high in protein but low in fat.sprouting keep the food in its natural form and cooking destroy the nutrientsof natural food.the best way is to consume uncooked or half cooked mixed sprouts with chopped onion ,green chillies,lemon juice, and salt to taste. if desired you can add some fruit to it . eating sprouted foods helps in cutting down energy intake.being low calorie value sprouts are excellent for those who are trying to slim down and loss weight.you may take it as your daily breakfast.have a try of this for a month, i assure, you will feel healthier ,more energetic,better skin,and above all just feel more alive.all the best.

Hello Bbsr13! You have just recalled one of the best qualitative and traditional menu. In fact most of us are going away from our local and traditional food and adopting junk food and thus loose real health and vitality. This makes high medicine billings and wastage of liveliness. I have never met a sprout I didn't like, and know from first hand experience that this miraculous food has many wonderful health benefits, but one that is quite noticeable is how it seems to prevent one's hair from graying. I know people in their 60's, 70's, and even 80's who still have their natural hair color and the common thread among them is good nutrition. They all enjoy sprouted foods.
