Can you live without sodas - like coke, sprite, pepsi, rootbeer and the like?

I know that I don't necessarily need to drink sodas, but there are times that it really tastes good after eating, especially with meat. Just like wine - red or white, sodas also taste good after eating! Excuse me for saying, but it also is good after you burp! lol. Can you live without sodas?

I usually drink pepsi with everything I eat. It is my favourite drink. But I suppose I can live without sodas if I need to. I think I read online somewhere that the coke and similiar drinks are not good for the health. I am not sure that it is true but anyway drinking much sodas isn't good anyway.

My favorite drink is rootbeer and I really like to have it with fried foods! I don't know but I do believe that it isn't good to always drink it. Replacing it to water might be healthier. I know, my body will still look for soda whenever needed. (^_^) It is good!
