Anyone Used the Amazon Kindle Yet?

The Amazon Kindle electronic book reader is reportedly one of the hottest gifts around. I wondered if anyone has used one?
It sounds good, you can download books from online, and blogs and other websites update automatically, which is an improvement over earlier e-readers.
They also say they have eliminated the screen glare, and reading on the kindle is easy on the eyes.
However, I've learned people say a lot of things and when you get the product is nothing like they said, hopefully this is different.

I haven't tried the Amazon Kindle yet, but I'd love to! I've researched the Kindle quite a bit, I even wrote a Squidoo lens about it, and I've watched the videos and read reviews and I'm convinced it's a terrific gadget. A lot of the bad reviews I've read are from people who have never even seen one and seem to have some sort of a grudge, so take some of those bad reviews with a grain of salt. Maybe there will be some used ones on ebay soon if people don't like them!
