Sir Alex will definitely be a relieved man that Rooney is available now. How much McLaren would have loved to have him fit a couple of weeks earlier? Anyhow I think Man U would have to have it's full strength of youngsters available if it really wishes to chase down Arsenal for the title charge. Cheers! Ram

rooney will be back better than ever... ronaldo should learn to pass more often.... only advantage arsenal has against manu is that they pass more...less fancy play

That's great news. =D Man United played a great game against Fulham. After coming second for World's player of the year, Ronaldo scored 2 goals for Man United. That's great. He is my favorite Man United player. I hope Rooney can regain his form soon and continue his wonderful partnership with Tevez. =D

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney did played last night match in return from the ankle injury he suffered a few weeks ago but he didn't play the full 90 minutes. He only played for 71 minutes before Sir Alex Ferguson replaced him with Louis Saha. Rooney looked a bit rusty though, with a few offside decisions against him by the referee. He also lost his cool when he scolded Ronaldo who should have make a simple pass to him in front of the goal, instead Ronaldo embarked on a series of tricks before losing the ball. He left the field in bad mood, but I'm sure he will back to his best soon.
