I am not English. I mean English is not my first language. But I could speak, read and write it well. This is due to my continue practice. I use to write my diary in English. I try to think in English and also practice to speak in English. Vocabulary is the basis of every language. It pays the role of bricks of a building. But a thing which we need is the art of fitting them to form the walls of building. For this purpose grammar plays the important role. If you have vocabulary but you do not know its proper usage, then all of your vocabulary is use less. Practice makes a person perfect. You and every one need practice to. Learn and teach correct English.

mybe you are a english teacher in china. i could say , i could understand what you are feeling. as the first guider of english education, english teachers have signifciant responsibility to give their students a correct impression of english. in china, i know, even the teacher's pronunciation is not correct, how can they teach their students? so the best way you teach english is to correct your pronunciation, grammar and thinking style. then, the approch of your learning english is what you should teach your students. good luck!
