Number of people dying of suicide outnumbers those killed in wars

Generally, it is believed that there are two kinds of suicide: 1. the real suicide and 2. its imatation, when people tend to commit suicide to blackmail others. An intention to commit real suicide is usually based on highly reasons. A fake suicide may occur due to idleness or lack of intention. (source: english.pravda.ru) Whichever the case the fact the number of people who died of suicide outnumbers those killed in wars is a sad thing and sure to catch of attention. What program do you think should the government and the community should initiate inorder for number of cases involving suicide would lessen? Do you have any idea?
