Weight Loss diet in 7 DAYS!!!

Looks like i found my own answer from my last post about losing weight in 2 weeks. Been on the net 24 hrs reading forums and i suddenly clicked on this site and interesting enough for me to read every detail. It is a 7 days diet. Where you get to eat and dont on a specific day. Challenging of course cos you should have the determination and discipline not to eat those hmmmmm yummy sweets..... pork.... lolz.. This diet will let you lose 10-17lbs in just 7 days... Drastic! I know but its only if your on emergency and u have an ocassion to go to aheheh.. Anyways I might start tomorrow or on tuesday so hehe Goo luck to me!!!!

sure! There are instructions that you have to follow. you wont be allowed to eat a certain food.. the weight u will lose is drastic so take it easy. This diet, i only do it on emergency cases ahehehe like upcoming ocassions.. All these years, there have been so many diet plans all over the world, yeah, they claim you lose all that weight fast, but it's just for short term. If you get to read books on dieting and the responses of the medical field, you'll see that no diet (without exercise) works. Sooner or later, all the fat will return two-folds. The best type of diet is the slow type where you exert effort through exercise. I have compared myself with a friend. She's into that stuff, and we ended up slimming down eventually, but her skin was too dry regardless how she treated herself. Same happened to others who took the drastic measures to trim down. I on the other hand, glowed and looked good even though she lost more than I did. So before doing some diet, remember that there is always something bad with rushing things too much. Plus, natural is better. Life is too short to worry too much on how you weight. Watch what you eat, but don't starve yourself for a few moments of temporary satisfaction. =)
