I am putting together cookie trays for each of my family Christmas parties. So far I am planning to make chocolate chip cookies with m&m's, cut out sugar cookies, and those peanut butter cookies with chocolate kisses on top. I am looking for some extra ideas. All you out there must be working on cookies too so anybody got any better suggestions?

My favorite Christmas cookie is a gingerbread man. I like them when they are fresh not to old.

Gingerbread or multi-morsel. I love gingerbread cookies, esp. if the features are made with vanilla frosting. Multi-morsel is a bag of chocolate chips, a bag of butterscotch, and a bag of peanut butter or white chocolate chips. Then every bite is different. It's like having three cookies in one so I can eat less. Peanut butter with chocolate kisses on tops sound so-o-o good. Wish I was at your house!
