I think I have that t-shirt, haha. I'd wear it. Nothing wrong with it. If she's taking it too seriously because it's a shirt that her boyfriend might find offensive, then they both really have a bad sense of humor and cannot take a joke. I mean, it's a t-shirt saying for crying out loud!

OUCH. This is coming from a girl with an over protective father who'd most likely do what you planned to do if he found a similar shirt. Daughter's point of view: Well if you think that we'd actually fall for a stupid guy that is not even half of the man you are (we love our fathers that much) then that is a great insult (which actually goes both ways but it hurts us more because apparently, the dads can't see the connection). Us girls with proud fathers tend to make sure we'd present a boyfriend that we can be proud of - that means we criticized him before we even thought about letting you meet face to face :-) Thanks for commenting in my discussion!

I think that's hysterical! My daughter isn't old enough to bring home a boyfriend and won't be for several years, but I can just imagine my husband wearing that exact shirt or worse when she does! LOL! I think you should go buy one, even if it's too big and wear it.

Haha how old is your daughter? obviously highschool or late jr high anyway since shes dating.. and boy around that age usually like cartoons like that.lol so if YOUR wearing the shirt, mostly likley the boy will just think ur cool.lol in my opinnion anyway:)...

I think go ahead and wear it. You are who you are and who knows he might just turn up wearing the same shirt. It will be a good talking point any how.

There is nothing bad in having a twist of humor and fun in your life :) Those t-shirts with funny messages sell very much just for this reason.I dont understand why you cannot wear it, furthermore i dont understand why you ask for your daughter's opinion.If it makes you feel nice, wear it! I like those t-shirts very much.I had bought one with a message at the front, but its kinda explicit to say what was written there LOL.

she doesnt want you wearing it cause she thinks that you will embaress her... she wants you to look your best and act your best so that you make a good impression on her bf the first time you meet... silly i know but young teen girls and how they think...
