What Is Your Favorite Extract To Bake With?

I am partial to Almond and have grown to not like Vanilla since I taste it so much. How about you? What do you like? Please share!! I want a whole lot of yummy extract names on here to think about for my cookies I'm making Sunday. ^_^

I guess it's because I make Italian cookies but I love using Anise extract. My mother always tells me I use too much but I love it!

Lol, I am always told I use too much almond at times because I love it as well. So I know how you feel. ^_^

It doesn't really matter to me, but I use vanilla more because my daughter can't stand the flavor of almond. (I do use almond for certain recipes though)

Almond and vanilla are the only ones I keep on hand. I put vanilla in *everything*. Most commonly box mixes and hot chocolate.
