im Stumped!!! any ideas

ok well im having my family over fvor Christmas eve this year instead of Christmas day for we all decided we watned to stay home and veg all day on Christmas day so for Christmas eve im making the normal Christmas day dinner spiral glazed ham with all the fixings, dessert appetizers etc but my dilemma is i dont really want to cook to hams 2 days in a row so what do i serve my husband children and father in law on Christmas day any ideas???

why don't you try a beef wellington? lovely fillet steak wrapped a moist stuffing and covered in pastry, then cooked to your liking. nice and different!

Very different and a nice change of taste however im not to creative in the kitchen so im not sure if i could conjure that up where it was edible..is it easy to make?

if you can do a roast you can do this! i was going to say 'piece of cake, but it is piece of beef'.

Turkey did cross my mind but im kind of all turkey'd out however Roast I didnt think of thank you ill run that by my hubby and see what he thinks, thanks!

I say go for a nice big lasagna. You are not going to want the normal holiday fare 2 days in a row. Why not make it something totally different. Lasagna garlic bread salad and dessert.

MMM lasagna sounds very yummy and one of my hubbys favorite meals and i dont usually make it too often thats another great idea to run by him ..although he and my father in law just informed me they wouldnt mind having sheppard pie..not my favorite meal but defintely liked by both of them. thanks for your suggestions
